Pulse privacy policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Pulse is a feed of polls: you vote, then see how everyone else voted. This page explains what Pulse keeps about you, why, and how to delete it.

What Pulse collects

How it's used

Results are only ever shown as totals. Nobody can see how you voted.

What we don't do

How it's protected

Your data is stored securely and encrypted on its way between your phone and our servers.

Children

Pulse is for people 13 and over. If you tell us you're under 13, we delete your account straight away. If you believe a child under 13 is using Pulse, contact us and we'll delete their data.

Deleting your data

What's deleted: your account, votes, streak, birth year, and the polls you've seen and hidden. Your past votes are also removed from the poll totals.

What's kept: nothing linked to you. Basic technical information (such as IP address and device type) is kept for up to 7 days for security, then deleted automatically.

Changes

If Pulse starts collecting something new, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
